Ask every patient for a review right after the adjustment

Chiropractors deliver real, repeat results, and rarely ask for a review. By the time a prospect Googles β€œchiropractor near me,” they're reading whatever reviews are sitting on your profile from last year. GetSetReply automatically texts or emails each patient a review request once a visit is marked complete. More requests lead to more fresh 5-star reviews, so your profile stays current with the patients walking out feeling great today.

  • SMS and email, works alongside ChiroTouch, Genesis, Cloud9, Eclipse, or any EHR
  • Fires automatically after a visit, or send manually for VIPs and care plans
  • One-time or recurring broadcasts to recent patients or your whole list

Hear it first

Happy patients go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you first.

Recent, positive reviews are what new patients read before they book. GetSetReply adds a one-tap satisfaction check on every review link. Happy patients are sent straight to Google or Yelp. Unhappy patients (sore after an adjustment, long wait, billing question) land on a private form instead, which often prevents a negative public review.

  • Happy patients go straight to your Google listing
  • Unhappy patients share feedback with you privately
  • Catch billing, wait-time, and post-adjustment soreness complaints before they hit your profile

What a chiropractor should ask before signing up

New patients read the replies before they read the reviews. What makes a good one?

Specific, and clearly written by a human. A reply that repeats the same two sentences under every review tells a prospective patient nothing, and they can tell. GetSetReply reads each review first and drafts a reply to that review: it picks up what the patient actually mentioned and matches the voice to the situation, then hands it to you to post.

A patient posted that they were sore for two days after an adjustment.

That is read as a complaint, not a rave, and it gets the calm service-recovery voice. The draft does not diagnose, does not defend the technique in a public thread, and invites them to call the office. You post it yourself, so nothing clinical goes out that you have not read.

Can a reply confirm that someone is a patient?

The drafts are written not to confirm care, treatment or attendance. A reviewer may say whatever they like about their own visit. The reply thanks them for the feedback without adding anything to the public record, and the last read is always yours because you are the one posting.

Do you sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement?

Not yet, and we would rather say it on the page than in a footnote. If your practice requires a BAA before a vendor holds patient contact details, GetSetReply is not the right fit today.

Does it work with ChiroTouch, Genesis, Cloud9 or Eclipse?

It works alongside them. There is no EHR integration and none is needed: requests go by email or SMS to contacts you import or add by hand. Nothing has to touch your patient records for the product to work.
