How do I create an account?: Click "Start Free Trial" on the homepage and follow the sign-up flow. You can register with your email address, no credit card is required to create an account.
How do I reset my password?: On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password. The link expires after 1 hour.
How does the free trial work?: Every new account gets 30 days of full Professional access. No credit card required. After 30 days, choose Starter ($29/mo) or Professional ($59/mo) to continue.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?: No. Sign up with just your email and start using GetSetReply immediately.

How do reviews get imported?: Once you connect your Google or Yelp account, GetSetReply automatically syncs new reviews on a regular schedule. You can also trigger a manual sync from your dashboard at any time.
Can I manage reviews from multiple platforms?: Yes. GetSetReply supports Google and Yelp today, with more platforms on the roadmap. All reviews appear in a single unified inbox so you never have to switch between tabs.

How does the AI generate responses?: GetSetReply uses advanced language models to craft a response based on the review content, your business details, and your chosen AI personality. The result is a draft that sounds like you, not a generic template.
Can I edit responses before posting?: Absolutely. Every AI-generated response is a draft. You can edit the text, regenerate with a different personality, or write your own from scratch before posting.
What is AI Clone?: AI Clone lets you paste a few of your past review responses so the AI can learn your unique voice and writing style. Once configured, generated responses will match your tone more closely than any preset.

How do credits work?: AI-generated responses are free, every review gets an automatic response at no cost. Credits are used for regenerating responses, sending review requests (1 credit per email or SMS), and AI insights. The Starter plan includes 100 credits per month. The Professional plan includes 100 credits per location (up to 500 with 5 locations). The Enterprise plan includes 100 credits per location.
Can I change my plan?: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings > Billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?: If you run out of credits, you can still receive auto-generated responses for free, but you won't be able to regenerate responses or use AI insights until your credits reset at the start of the next billing period. You can also purchase additional credits at the overage rate for your plan, or upgrade to a higher plan.

Which platforms do you support?: GetSetReply currently supports Google and Yelp for review imports and response posting. We're actively working on adding Facebook, TripAdvisor, and more.
How do I connect my Google account?: Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect Google." You'll be taken through a standard Google OAuth flow to grant GetSetReply read and reply access to your Google Business Profile reviews.
