Reviews

How do reviews get imported?
Once a listing is connected, new reviews sync in on their own. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Facebook are checked every hour. DoorDash, Trustpilot and Etsy are checked daily. You can also trigger a sync yourself from the dashboard at any time.
Can I manage reviews from multiple platforms?
Yes, that is the point. GetSetReply reads reviews from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, DoorDash, Trustpilot, Etsy and Facebook. They all land in one inbox, alongside the private feedback your review funnel collects, so you are never logging into seven owner portals to find out what people said.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Every location you add shows up in the same inbox and the same analytics, filtered per location when you want it. One login covers all of them.

AI & Responses

Does GetSetReply post replies for me?
No, and that is deliberate. We write the reply and hand it to you: one click copies it and takes you straight to that review in the platform's owner portal, where you paste and post. Nothing is published in your name without you seeing it first. We draft, you post.
How does the AI decide what to write?
Every review is analyzed first, then the reply is written against that analysis, your business details, and a voice chosen for that specific review. An angry complaint gets Calm Service Recovery. A review that reads like a fake gets Professional. A detailed rave gets Heartfelt. That is the Auto personality, and it is on by default on every account.
Can I edit responses before posting?
Always. Every response is a draft. Edit the text, regenerate with a different voice, add a note like "make it shorter" or "mention the patio", or write your own from scratch.
What is AI Clone?
AI Clone learns your voice from replies you have already written. Paste in a handful of your past responses and new drafts come back sounding like you rather than like a preset. It is included on Professional and during the free trial.

Billing

How do credits work?
Review analysis is free, and the first AI draft of every new review is free, on every plan. Credits are spent only when you ask for extra work: regenerating a reply (1 credit), each review request you send by email or SMS (1 credit), regenerating AI insights before their next refresh (2 credits), and adding a competitor to track (5 credits, one time). AI insights themselves are included, and refresh automatically. Starter includes 100 credits a month. Professional includes 100 credits per location, up to 500 across 5 locations. Enterprise includes 300 credits per location.
What does it cost?
Starter is $29/mo flat for one location. Professional is $59/mo per location for up to 5 locations, so two locations is $118 and five is $295. Enterprise is $250/mo per location, with unlimited locations and our engineering team building what you need. There is no free plan, but the trial is free and takes no card.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and there is no contract.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The free things stay free: reviews keep syncing, keep getting analyzed, and keep getting a first draft. What pauses is the paid extras, until your credits reset at the start of the next billing period. If you need more before then, you can buy a top-up pack (50 credits for $5, 200 for $15, 500 for $30). Top-up credits never expire.

Integrations

Which platforms do you support?
GetSetReply reads reviews from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, DoorDash, Trustpilot, Etsy and Facebook. Those seven are the complete list of what you can connect today. Replies are drafted for every review that syncs in, and posted by you in the platform's own owner portal.
How do I connect a listing?
Go to Settings > Locations and add your business by searching its name or pasting the URL of its listing. Google connects through a standard Google sign-in that grants read and reply access to your Google Business Profile reviews. The rest are connected from the same screen.
Do you work with my point of sale?
Square, yes. Connect it once and a review request can go out automatically a few minutes after a real sale, which is the moment a happy customer is most likely to say something. Other point-of-sale systems are not connectable yet.
