Where the Birdeye column comes from
Two pages, both theirs, both linked. If a line here disagrees with what you see when you click through, theirs is the current one and ours is out of date.

The four differences that actually matter
Not a feature grid. Four places where the two products are shaped differently enough that the choice turns on them.
- How you find out the price
Birdeye
Birdeye's pricing page asks for a location band from 1 to 3 up to 1000 or more, then asks you to request pricing.
GetSetReply
GetSetReply publishes its prices: Starter is $29 a month for one location, and Professional is $59 a month per location. Both are on the pricing page, with no form in front of them.
- What happens to a drafted reply
Birdeye
Birdeye's reviews page describes responding at scale in your brand voice, inside your industry rules.
GetSetReply
GetSetReply writes the draft and hands it to you. You read it, change anything you want, and post it yourself. Nothing is published on your behalf.
- What the product covers
Birdeye
Birdeye's reviews page describes review generation, response and marketing, with reviews turned into social graphics and posts.
GetSetReply
GetSetReply covers one job: pulling reviews into one list and drafting the reply. There is a review funnel and a QR code for asking, and nothing that posts to social.
- How the bill behaves as volume grows
Birdeye
Birdeye's pricing page says you pay for what you deploy at your locations, under one contract.
GetSetReply
Reading a review and writing its first draft cost no credits, so the bill does not grow with your review volume.
Who each one is built for
Birdeye
Birdeye's pricing page runs its location bands up to 1000 or more and speaks about deployment across locations, which is a fair description of who it is built around.
GetSetReply
GetSetReply is built for one owner with one to a handful of locations who wants the replies written and the asking handled, and who would rather read a price than book a call.

The questions this comparison usually raises
Four, answered plainly, including the one where they win.
Is Birdeye more capable than GetSetReply?
Their reviews page describes more than replying: asking each customer at the moment they are most likely to answer, drafting the response, and turning the good reviews into social posts. If you want that whole span from one vendor, that is a real argument for them and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Can I compare the two on price?
Not directly, because only one of the two publishes one. Ours is on the pricing page in full. Theirs comes back from a form, so the honest comparison is between our list price and your quote.
Does either product post replies automatically?
We do not. GetSetReply drafts and you post, which is the whole shape of the product. What Birdeye does with a drafted response is described on their reviews page, and that page is the right place to read it.
How often is this page rechecked?
On no fixed public schedule, so read the printed date as the real answer. Our own suite carries a check that flags any competitor entry past 180 days, which is what prompts us to go back and read again. If that date looks old to you, their page is one click away and it is the version that counts.
