What Birdeye costs in 2026
Birdeye's pricing page prints no figure. It asks for your location count, then asks you to request pricing, and says you pay for what you deploy at your locations under one contract. The plan figures below are what a third-party pricing tracker reports, not numbers Birdeye prints, so use them to size the conversation and expect your own quote to differ.

How much does Birdeye cost per month?
Birdeye's own pricing page prints no figure. A third-party pricing tracker reports its Starter plan at $299, Growth at $349 and Dominate at $449, each per location per month, with custom pricing for four or more locations. Your quote is the only figure that binds, so treat these as a starting point.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Birdeye?
Against the reported figures above, yes, for reviews. GetSetReply publishes its prices: Starter is $29 a month for one location, and Professional is $59 a month per location. Is Birdeye more capable than GetSetReply?
Their reviews page describes more than replying: asking each customer at the moment they are most likely to answer, drafting the response, and turning the good reviews into social posts. If you want that whole span from one vendor, that is a real argument for them and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Can I compare the two on price?
Roughly. Ours is on the pricing page in full. Theirs comes back from a form, so the figures in the pricing section above are reported ones, and the comparison that settles it is our list price against your own Birdeye quote.
Does either product post replies automatically?
We do not. GetSetReply drafts and you post, which is the whole shape of the product. What Birdeye does with a drafted response is described on their reviews page, and that page is the right place to read it.
How often is this page rechecked?
On no fixed public schedule, so read the printed date as the real answer. Our own suite carries a check that flags any competitor entry past 180 days, which is what prompts us to go back and read again. If that date looks old to you, their page is one click away and it is the version that counts.
