Head to head

GetSetReply and Broadly, side by side

This one is unusually easy to compare, because both companies publish their prices. What differs is how much product each price carries with it.

Where the Broadly column comes from

One page, theirs, linked below and read on the date shown. Every figure in the left column is printed there.

Facts verified on 2026-09-10

Four rows, both prices in the open

The rare comparison in this category where neither column needs a quote request first.

Entry price

Broadly

Broadly's pricing page lists Standard at $399/month, billed monthly with a $350 onboarding fee.

GetSetReply

GetSetReply publishes its prices: Starter is $29 a month for one location, and Professional is $59 a month per location. Both are on the pricing page, with no form in front of them.

What the price includes

Broadly

Broadly's Standard listing describes an AI chat receptionist, a CRM, local search tracking, SEO reporting, review replies for Google and Facebook, social posting and business information accuracy.

GetSetReply

GetSetReply includes reviews from every listing you connect, a drafted reply for each, and the funnel and QR code for asking. Nothing else is bundled in.

Onboarding

Broadly

A $350 onboarding fee is listed against Standard, Pro and Premium.

GetSetReply

There is no onboarding fee. You connect a listing yourself during signup, and the reviews start arriving once it is connected.

Who posts the reply

Broadly

Broadly's Premium listing describes automatic review requests and responses.

GetSetReply

GetSetReply writes the draft and hands it to you. You read it, change anything you want, and post it yourself. Nothing is published on your behalf.

Which shape fits your month

Broadly

Broadly's published plans bundle local search work, campaigns and social posting with the reviews, and its packaged tier lists a website too, which reads as a fit for a business that would otherwise buy those separately.

GetSetReply

GetSetReply fits the business that already has a website and a marketing arrangement it likes, and wants the review pile answered without adding another bundle.

Questions about buying narrow

Four, and the first is the one that matters.

Is Broadly's bundle worth it?

That depends entirely on whether you would buy the parts anyway. Their page lists what each tier carries, and if you are already paying three vendors for those things, the bundle can be the cheaper column.

Does GetSetReply charge for setup?

No. There is no onboarding fee, and the trial does not need a card. You connect a listing during signup and the reviews come in on their own.

Do drafts go out without me?

Never. GetSetReply writes the draft and you post it, which is the whole design and the reason we say so on every page in this section.

How fresh are these figures?

As fresh as the date printed above the source link, which is the day their page was read. That date is the honest answer and their page is the current one. An entry older than 180 days gets flagged in our suite so it does not sit unread indefinitely.
