Account, billing and credits
Choose a plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, buy credit packs, add the Review Archive, and reach our support team.
Settings > Billing is where you choose your plan, see how many credits you have used this month, buy more credits, add the Review Archive and manage your payment details. This page explains how each of those works and what happens when something changes.
Before you begin
- Billing is on the account, not on each location: one plan covers every location you add.
- A credit is the unit the paid AI work is counted in. Analyzing a review and drafting its first reply are free on every plan, however many reviews you get.
The plans
Every plan includes the review inbox, an AI-drafted reply to every review, and your analytics. They differ in how many locations they cover, how many credits come with them, and what else they include.
Starter, $29/mo, for 1 location:
- Analysis and a drafted reply on every review, free
- Every review platform we connect
- 1 location
- 100 credits/mo
- Review funnel links and QR codes
- Full analytics suite
- 4 AI personalities
Professional, $59/mo per location, for up to 5 locations:
- Billed per location, up to 5
- 100 credits/location (up to 500)
- All AI personalities, plus custom
- AI Clone learns your reply voice
- Monthly reports
- Priority support
Enterprise, $250/mo per location, for unlimited locations:
- Unlimited locations
- 300 credits/location
- Our engineering team builds what you need
The pricing page compares every feature side by side.
Monthly or annual billing
Every plan can be paid each month or once a year. Pick Monthly or Annual above the plans on the Billing page; the prices on the cards change to match. Save 20% with annual billing.
On annual billing, the price is shown per month and charged for the whole year up front:
- Starter is $23/mo, billed annually.
- Professional is $47/mo per location, billed annually.
- Enterprise is $200/mo per location, billed annually.
Your credits still renew every month on an annual plan. Paying for the year does not give you a year of credits at once, and it does not leave you waiting a year for them to come back.
How credits work
Each plan gives you a credit allowance for every billing month:
- Starter gives you 100 credits a month.
- Professional gives you 100 credits a month for each location.
- Enterprise gives you 300 credits a month for each location.
- During the free trial you have 25 credits a month, however many locations you add.
The allowance renews on the same day each month as your subscription started. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
The Credits This Month card at the top of the Billing page shows how many you have used against your allowance, and how the allowance is worked out (credits per location times your locations). Credit Activity, at the end of the Billing page, lists what spent credits and what added them, newest first. The Credits Remaining card on your dashboard shows the same balance.
What each action costs:
| What you do | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Review analysis | Free | Sentiment, themes and risk flags on every review |
| Drafted reply | Free | The first draft of every new review, on every plan |
| Regenerate a reply | 1 credit | Each time you ask for a different draft |
| AI insights | Free | Included on every plan, refreshed automatically from your reviews |
| Regenerate insights | 2 credits | Only when you ask for a fresh read before the next refresh |
| Review request | 1 credit | Each request you send by email or SMS |
| Add a competitor | 5 credits | One time, per competitor. The weekly sync is included |
| Insight Studio question | Varies | Depends on how much data the question covers |
Texts to customers are counted in text segments, the unit a phone carrier charges in: one text segment holds up to 160 characters, or 70 with an emoji. Coupon texts are paid from this same credit balance, one text segment at a time, which is why the Coupons screens show it as text segments left. Text segments and your texting number explains how texts are counted, the sending limits and how to ask for more.

Buy a credit pack
A credit pack is a one-time purchase of extra credits. Pack credits never expire, and they are only used once your monthly credits for the period have run out, so a pack bought in a quiet month is still there in a busy one.
| Pack | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small pack | 50 | $5 |
| Medium pack | 200 | $15 |
| Large pack | 500 | $30 |
- In Settings > Billing, find Need more credits?
- Press the Buy button on the pack you want. A secure checkout opens on the same page.
- Pay with your card. When it goes through you see a message saying how many credits were added, and the Credits This Month card lists them as purchased credits remaining.
Packs are not offered on Enterprise, and they are sold in US dollars, so an account billed in pesos does not see the card yet.
What happens when your credits run out
The free work carries on. Reviews keep syncing, keep being analyzed and keep getting a first draft, and you can still edit, copy and post any reply.
What waits is the work that costs credits, such as Regenerate, the Test Lab and AI insights. When you try one of those, you see a message that your monthly limit has been reached, and the Credits This Month card says Monthly limit reached in red.
You have three ways forward:
- Wait for your allowance to renew on your next billing day.
- Buy a credit pack, which is used straight away.
- Move to a plan with more credits, or add a location on a per-location plan (see Change your plan).
If a card payment fails, your subscription stops being active. Work that costs credits answers "Your subscription is not active. Update your payment details in Settings > Billing to keep using AI features.", and the rest of the app opens only to Billing, Account, notifications and Support until the payment goes through. Update your card in the billing portal.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of Professional, with no card needed. During the trial you can add as many locations as Professional covers, and you have 25 credits a month. The Current charge card on the Billing page says "You are on a free trial. Your first charge starts when the trial ends."
To keep going without a break, choose a plan in Settings > Billing any time before the trial ends. Your reviews, replies and settings carry over unchanged.
When the trial ends
If you have not chosen a plan by then, you see Your free trial has ended with a button for each plan. Until you pick one:
- Only Billing, Account, notifications and Support open. The rest of the app sends you back to the Billing page.
- New reviews stop syncing and nothing new is analyzed or drafted.
- Nothing is deleted. Your reviews, replies, locations and connections are kept.
Choose a plan and everything starts again where it stopped. If you need more time to decide, email support@getsetreply.com; the trial-ended window says the same. Not now closes the window, and you can still reach your billing and account settings.
Choose a plan
- In Settings > Billing, pick Monthly or Annual.
- Press Subscribe on the plan you want. A secure checkout opens on the same page.
- Enter your card details. If you have a promotion code, there is a field for it in the checkout.
- Pay. You see "Payment successful! Your subscription is now active." and the plan's card is marked Current plan.
Change your plan
You can move to another plan, or between monthly and annual billing, at any time.
- In Settings > Billing, pick Monthly or Annual for the billing you want.
- Press Change plan on the new plan, or Switch to annual (or Switch to monthly) on the plan you are already on.
- A window shows what the change costs before anything is charged: an amount due today, an amount added to your next invoice, a credit against future invoices, or no charge.
- Press Confirm switch. You see "Your plan has been updated."
Changes are prorated, so you pay only for the time left on the new plan and get credit for the time left on the old one.
Add or remove locations
Each business address you manage is a location, and you add them in Settings > Locations. How a location changes your bill depends on your plan:
- Starter is a flat price for 1 location. To add another, move to a plan that covers more.
- Professional and Enterprise are billed per location, and each location adds its own credits to your monthly allowance.
On a per-location plan billed monthly, adding a location raises your bill by one location's price, prorated for the days left in your billing month, and it appears on your next invoice. You are never charged immediately. Removing a location lowers the bill the same way.
On a per-location plan billed annually, adding a location is charged the same day for the rest of your year. Before it is added you see the exact amount, and the location is added only when you press Charge (the amount) and add. Removing a location puts a credit on your renewal invoice.
The Locations card on the Billing page shows how many locations you have against your plan's limit, and tells you which plan to move to when you reach it.
The Review Archive add-on
An add-on is an extra you add to your plan. The Review Archive brings in your older reviews: Import your review history from Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor, up to 5,000 reviews, with an AI draft reply for every one you have not already answered. Available on Professional and Enterprise. Starter accounts can upgrade to add it.
- In Settings > Billing, find the Review Archive card.
- Choose Monthly or Annual for the add-on.
- Press Add Review Archive. The card then shows the import's progress.
To stop it, press Cancel add-on, then Yes, cancel. Your imported reviews are hidden right away, and the period you have already paid for is not refunded. Resubscribe at any time to bring them back. If your plan stops being paid, the archive pauses and the imported reviews are hidden until it is paid again; nothing is deleted.
The archive's price is on the card and on the pricing page.
Invoices and the billing portal
Your card details, invoices and receipts live in our payment provider's secure billing portal.
- In Settings > Billing, find Manage Subscription.
- Press Billing Portal. The portal opens.
- Update your payment method, download an invoice, or cancel your plan there.
Manage Subscription appears once you have a paid subscription.
Cancel your plan
Cancel from the billing portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and the Billing page says "Your subscription will end on" that date. You can resubscribe any time before or after it.
When the period ends, the account works the way it does when a trial ends: it opens only to Billing, Account, notifications and Support, reviews stop syncing, and your data is kept. Choose a plan again to pick up where you left off.
Your account settings
Settings > Account holds your profile and the emails we send you.
- Email is the address you sign in with. It cannot be changed on this page; to move your account to another address, contact support.
- Name is your name. Change it and press Save Changes.
- Password: there is no password field here. To set a new one, sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in page, which emails you a reset link. You can also sign in with a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password.
Under Email preferences, turn each email on or off. They are sent to your sign-in address:
- New review alerts: an email as soon as a new review is posted.
- Review summary: a recap of new reviews, pending responses and rating trends, Daily, Weekly or Off. It is only sent when you have new reviews.
- Monthly report: a monthly recap with trends and sentiment, sent on the 1st when you have new reviews.
- Monthly newsletter: product news and tips, once a month.
Each one saves as soon as you change it.
Delete your account
Delete Account permanently deletes your account and all of its data, and it cannot be undone. Cancel your plan first: while a subscription is active, the app answers "Cancel your subscription in Settings > Billing before deleting your account."
If something goes wrong
- You see "We couldn't load the secure payment form." A privacy setting or content blocker is stopping our payment provider from loading, most often on a phone. Reload the page, or try a desktop browser.
- A charge looks wrong. Open the billing portal to see each invoice line by line, then write to us with the invoice number.
- You ran out of credits mid-task. See what happens when your credits run out.
