Getting started

Create your account, add your first location, connect the review sites you use, and post your first AI-drafted reply.

GetSetReply brings the reviews your business gets into one inbox and drafts a reply to each one. This page takes you from signing up to posting your first reply.

Before you begin

  • An email address to sign in with.
  • Your business's name, or a link to its page on a review site you are listed on.

Start your free trial

Choose Start Free Trial on the homepage. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of Professional, and you do not need a card for it.

Sign-up starts with your business. Search for it by name, or paste the link to its page on a review site, and pick the listings that are yours. Then create your account with your email address, accept the terms of service, and carry on with your free trial to reach your dashboard.

Pick a plan when the trial ends

To keep going after the trial, pick a plan in Settings > Billing:

  • Starter is $29/mo, for 1 location.
  • Professional is $59/mo per location, for up to 5 locations.
  • Enterprise is $250/mo per location, for unlimited locations.

The pricing page compares what each plan includes, and The free trial explains what happens if the trial ends before you pick one.

Add your locations

Each business address you manage is a location. The business you pick during sign-up becomes your first one, and you add more from Settings > Locations. Every location shows up in the same inbox, and you can filter to one location whenever you want.

Connect your review sites

In Settings > Locations, connect the review sites each location is listed on. Search for the business by name, or paste the link to its page. You can connect Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, DoorDash, Trustpilot and Etsy.

If you take payments with Square, you can connect it on the same screen. That is where Coupons reads your customers and their visits from.

Once a site is connected, new reviews come in on their own. Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor are checked every hour. DoorDash, Trustpilot and Etsy are checked once a day. To check right away, press Sync Now at the top of your inbox.

A review you have already answered on the site comes in with your reply attached, so it does not get a new draft.

Answer your first reviews

Every new review is analyzed first: how the reviewer feels, what they talk about, and anything that needs care. A reply is then drafted from that analysis, your business details and a voice picked for that review. Analyzing a review and drafting its first reply are free on every plan, however many reviews you get.

  1. Open Inbox in the sidebar and click a review. Its Suggested Response opens beside it, and it stays a draft until you post it.
  2. Edit the text if you want to change anything. For a different draft, press Regenerate, or type a note such as "make it shorter" first and the new draft follows it.
  3. When the reply reads right, press Copy & Open followed by the name of the review site. It copies the reply and opens that site in a new tab.
  4. Paste the reply on the site and post it there.

Nothing is published in your name without you seeing it first. We draft, you post.
